Integrated tactical production planning with multi transportation modes and multi supply sources: the case of a phosphate company

چکیده
This paper deals with production activities planning on a tactical horizon for the phosphate industry. The studied supply chain is organized depending transportation modes used. There exist trains and pipeline that transport rock pulp (respectively) to export local customers. Due predetermined allocation of raw materials used currently in producing final product, this should be then reorganized such way as consider all configurations related use each two using flexible instead. Moreover, customer requirements terms product quality represented by charters may changed over time from one order book another same which makes satisfying those difficult. Thus, an integer linear programming model developed allows global optimization allocating routings dynamically satisfy types customers at lower cost. work concerns real industrial context numerical results provided prove efficiency flexibility ensured our approach comparison practices adopted currently.
